I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2016
Interview
After a month, they e-mailed back and sent a questionnaire instead of phone screening. Don't know if that is the usual process. Questions were pretty basic, questions about required skills a couple of standard predictable questions you might get on a phone interview.
Good and smooth process and process was fast, interview completed with in 3 days and they released the offer, for the last round they asked for in person interview remaining rounds it was an virtual interview
They take 2-3 rounds including the initial round as well as technical round just to inform you that the position is on hold. Waste of time and energy as they will inform you in the end that the position is on hold.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Medtronic in Nov 2025
Interview
This is usually a 15-to-20-minute interview with the person who would be the candidate's direct manager. It focuses on the candidate's work history, fit for the team, motivation, and specific experiences relevant to the job duties
