It's much more casual than I thought. No HR involved prior and after the interview. They made me feel that they were not clear about what they were looking for, the questions were not well prepared and my application were not reviewed.

Very laid back interview, seemed really friendly, was three people interviewing me at the same time, seemed genuinely interested in me, had an assessment the following week which they said would take 10 days to get the results from but more than three weeks later there has been no update

Professional and well structured. Interviewers had limited knowledge of the role but had the information required to conduct entry round interviews. Other organisations have more thorough processes but this was a more welcomed approach.

The recruiter asked me questions first then set up the interview with the company. The interview was conducted via Zoom with 5 people. They asked the usual questions that lasted about 45 minutes.
