I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2017
Interview
Highly flawed process in the MN location. A phone interview that was simple, and a few in-persons that were simple too. They are brutal about getting back to you--highly unorganized. By the time I heard back, I'd already accepted a position with a competitor in the industry. Very little professionalism on the hiring front.
The typical stuff you'd expect: phone screen, 1-1 call with the hiring manager and then a panel presentation. Due to communication breakdown, it was an extremely long and drawn out process in the end.

Question 1
How would you increase share of voice in the market for this product?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in June 2025
Interview
Interview process went quickly, 4 total interviews. Recruiter, and hiring manager, then followed by two interviews with team members. The interview process took about a week to get through all 4, as they were looking to move quickly. At my final interview, I was told the team was going to get together by the end of the week to make a decision and that the recruiter would personally follow up with me the following week. The next week rolls around, I sent a follow up email to the recruiter mid-week. Never received a response or acknowledgement from the recruiter. The week after a decision was supposed to be made, I received an auto-rejection email from the Medtronic workday portal. At that point, I was not upset about not getting the job, because why would I want to work for a company that doesn’t even have the human decency to reach out to candidates who went through all rounds of interviews for a role, after being told that was what would happen, regardless of the outcome?! The email was about as generic as they come, not even personalized with the recruiters name as the sender, which prevented the opportunity to request feedback. Also, still no response at all from the recruiter from my original follow-ups. Just ghosted.

Question 1
Basic background questions and specific behavioral questions that related to the role.
Had an interview with two senior marketers at the company. They were nice to talk to. However, I got ghosted after the interview which is so weird. Did not even get a rejection email. I sent a follow-up too, yet no response. lol
