I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Santa Rosa, CA)
Interview
I had multiple conversations with Human Resources. Very pleasant, professional and supportive. Speaking with the business unit professionals was completely the opposite. After spending almost 4 consecutive hours with 6 different people, it was a complete waste of time with people that think only they know anything.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Northridge, CA) in June 2023
Interview
Initially recruited by Medtronic. Then an onsite interview with hiring manager and HR Director. Then six weeks of SILENCE. After multiple, reasonably timed, follow ups, was told of 400 candidates they are still uncertain what they are looking for. Massively unprofessional.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2020
Interview
A mixture of behavior questions and conversation with several folks from senior management (a few levels above the one I was interviewing for). The answers were a bit open ended. They were looking for depth of thought rather than a specific response.
