Every interviews I had with Medtronic in Minnesota, ~4 different positions, it dragged on and on for >1 months. This was multiple rounds of interviews to never get a next step and then get an email saying you weren’t selected. For 2 positions, there was no email saying an interview was going to be held, the hiring managers straight up calls you out of nowhere expecting to have an interview. I should’ve seen the red flag after interview for position number 2.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Boulder, CO) in Oct 2019
Interview
Pretty in depth interview. It starts with HR screening follow by the an interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards, you get invited to go onsite and interview is about 4 hours long by a panel (mine was a total of 6 people).
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Medtronic in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was average. It was all about my work experience and skills. It wasnt that hard and i received the offer very quickly. Overall it was a good experience
