Interview
I had 6 separate interviews with Medtronic for the same department. I had applied to an Engineering Manager position and was called and had a phone interview for a Senior Engineering Manager position. After realizing I wasn't qualified for the senior level, I was contacted by another representative for a phone interview for the Engineering Manager position for which I applied. I was then invited on-site for a half-day interview. They liked me, but thought I'd be a better fit for an Operations Manager position that was also open in the same department. I was then contacted by another representative for another phone interview. I was then invited in twice, for two different on-site half day interviews.
Director reached out and scheduled a chat. Described their organization within the giant. What each teams bring to the table and hurdles for upcoming projects. Process described but no timeline.

Interview
Given 2 interviews online, then given a technical test. Upon clearance given 3rd personal interview onsite. It took 2-3 months in this process. Then never heard back from them for around 6 weeks even after reminders. Not professional.
Quick in scheduling interviews. Total Four rounds of interviews. 2 interviewers were not even paying attention when I was answering. Recruiter took lot of time to communicate final result. Interview experience can be improved a lot.
