I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2022
Interview
The interview process involved 2 phone interviews with the senior R&D engineers separately. Be prepared to answer basic engineering questions, "what is a complex problem you faced and how did you go about solving it?" Or "if you had to learn about a topic you knew nothing about how would you go about this?" Along with explaining your prior projects and internship experiences.

I interviewed at Medtronic (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Generally friendly but professional conversation. They asked me about my personal and professional history as well. I was an intern at the time, so it was not too challenging. There were two managers for the interview.

First video interview with the manager and then a video interview with a team member. The recruiter reached out about a week later to explain the offer and its details.

Question 1
Describe and engineering problem and how you went about solving it?
Straight forward, nothing to really stress or worry about. Very nice people and overall felt great leaving the interview. The questions were not as tough as I thought, but come prepared with your own questions.
