Structured and fun - Informal phone interview followed by vetting from HR via phone, and the final panel of interviewers over a zoom call. The whole interview journey was enjoyable and candid, interviewers helped make the interview less stressful.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I used virtual Interviews via Zoom. Overall, not an easy interview but a pleasant atmosphere. All the interviewers were very professional and would like to share their experiences and thoughts. There were 4 rounds of interviews in total. HR conducted a 30-minute phone screening and asked questions about your background. One week later, the Hiring manager conducted another 30-minute phone screening and asked questions about the technical experience. I was invited for a one-hour panel interview via Zoom one week later. The panel had around 7 STAR questions. Finally, one more week later, the Hiring manager invited me to another Zoom meeting with 3 STAR-based questions.
