First step was to submit resume and wait for telephonic screen interview. I got a call after two weeks of submission of profile and questions were average difficult. My interview last for 30 min including 10 min self introduction and 10 min technical questions and 10 min company policy discussion.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Milan) in Oct 2024

Question 1
Cosa sai della nostra azienda?
Perché vuoi fare questo lavoro?
Hai idee o progetti che potrebbero giovare a questo lavoro?
Che strategia attueresti per acquisire nuovi clienti?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Dallas, TX) in July 2023
Interview
The interview process is archaic. They expect interviews with about 6 different people. Next, they expect you to review materials and take a test. Then, you have to take the time to prepare a presentation. Then you must ride along with others at least 1-2 times. If that were not enough, you have another final round of interviews. It's like the hiring process was created on a cave wall and managers have no power to decide without the input of 300 people. You'll have 40+ hours applying for a job you may or may not get. I removed myself from the process. 3-4 hours is reasonable, this interview process is not.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medtronic (Rome) in July 2021
Interview
It was a first phone interview to check the availability for the position. Nice experience: HR rep described the position, requirements and expectation and answered nicely to all my questions.
