I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Oxford, MS) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was very casual and laid back, it felt more like a conversation. We discussed my skills and interests in the company. We discussed the specifics of the job and the expectations for my performance. I had one in person interview and then a tour of the facility where the job offer was made.
