I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (Galway) in June 2011
Interview
Wasn't too drawn out as I applied internally with a CV and cover letter. I was already on a college 5 month placement as an intern in the department I applied for which probably made it more favorable for me. The actual interview process took 2 separate days and involved psychometric/personality quiz, then a technical/HR interview. Afterwards I was given a job offer!
