The interview process was straight forward with the initial phone screening by the hiring manager. An onsite interview with the team follow by the broader team. They ask about your depth of knowledge on the skills and experience listed on the resume. They were more interested in your soft skills and fit in the organization. Time management, independent work and collaboration goals were key. Didn’t have to present a powerpoint to a panel.
It was a very dry interview. Interviewers seemed very uninterested and was being forced to interview which made the interview uncomfortable. One interviewer even sighed when it was my turn to ask questions about the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medtronic (Brooklyn Center, MN) in June 2025
Interview
Initial HR screening. Was quick but good way to segway into the next parts of the interview process. Gave me a really good opportunity to get to know more about the role before meeting the team.
