Mend Customer Support Representative interview questions

Had 2 interviews and was given an offer after 3 weeks. Followed up multiple times to see if they were still interested. Enquired twice what the base salary range was and was told they couldn't tell me that information until I received an offer. Offer was far below the range I could work for.
