I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mercer (Washington, DC) in Nov 2016
Interview
I interviewed in November 2016. Invited to a first round phone interview after I sent my resume to a campus recruiter. Interview was with two Senior Health & Benefits Analysts (just a couple years in) and was primarily behavioral and very easygoing. Be sure to have questions to ask them as well. Heard back about 3 days later that I was invited to complete an on-site final-round interview at the end of the month. There were three 30-minute interviews with pairs of H&B team employees of various positions. Again mostly behavioral and very pleasant. Be able to express why you want to work at Mercer and why you are a good fit. Afterwards, there was dinner with all the interviewers, interviewees, and other members of the Mercer H&B team. Just be yourself and be engaging. I heard back one week later that I had been awarded the position.

Two 45-Min interviews with 4 people. Mostly behavioral questions, trying to get to know your personality. Not really any technical questions. They just try to get a sense of who you are.

Interview
I did one phone screening with HR. I did a phone call with a Sourcer. I did a video interview with a manager. I did four more separate interviews with the team, some with two people and some with one person. I waited two weeks for a response and heard nothing. The sourcer got back to me and wanted to me to meet with another THREE people. I declined as they obviously did not respect the applicants time in having me wait weeks for a response and spend significant time interviewing with multiple people. This would be meeting a total of 10 people over a two month period for an entry level role. Very bad interview process and experience!
