Met some consultants at a career fair at school. Was then invited to do a one-way virtual interview with 7 questions. You had 30 seconds-1 minute to prepare your answer for the question. You had one attempt to answer the question before moving on to the next question.

I applied it online and two rounds of interviews in total. The process takes me less than a week. The first one required you to record videos, the second one was meeting with 2 people and an Excel assessment.
