Interview
Pretty Standard. HR phone screen, Meet with hiring manager and other members of the team. Final round with head of department. Each round went smoothly however after the final round after not hearing any updates I reached out and was told they went another direction. Its frustrating to have to go through 3-4 rounds of interviews and then to have to chase a resolution.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mercer (New York, NY) in June 2017
Interview
There was a full line of communication about the interview process. I received a call from a lady with a foreign accent about when to set up the interview. I was supposed to have a first-round phone interview, but that got canceled. I then had a super day the next week and interviewed with 3 people: (2) in person and (1) on the phone. The interview wasn't hard; it was actually easy going. It wasn't a grilling situation at all. The 3 people I met with were pretty laid back. My lack of experience was the ultimate reason I didn't get an offer.

Interview
I was asked to complete a "HireVue" interview, which had standard questions. After submitting the interview, I received no updates for weeks. I decided to contact the HR rep who totally ignored my emails and calls. I ended up having to request to have the video interview deleted several times, even e-mailing HireVue, before getting a response (not wanting to have personal info floating out there and being sold). Very demoralizing, disappointing and a huge waste of time.
