It was not hard at all. For the Tech Analyst role, the process was straightforward, it was just one interview round. The interview combined both behavioral and coding questions, so it tested how I communicate and think through problems, as well as whether I can write clean, correct code under time pressure. The behavioral portion focused on typical topics like past experiences, teamwork, handling ambiguity, and why I am interested in the role. The coding portion was not overly complex, it was more about fundamentals, problem-solving, and explaining my approach clearly rather than solving anything extremely advanced. Overall, it felt very manageable, especially if you are comfortable with basic data structures, writing simple logic, and walking someone through your reasoning step by step.
