Applied through their online system. MS will schedule an on-site exam covering a variety of topics. The the exam result is circulated around each team and teams pick their candidates for interview. Usually 1-2 rounds of phone call and the on-site interview would take at least 3 hrs, with 6-8 interviewers each having 30 mins.

First is OA, then 1 month later received first round interview, 2 weeks later final round interview with 3 executive directors. Did not hear back after the interview. Overall not hard.
