I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
Applied online. Did Numerical, Logical and Checking tests and had two phone interviews about a month later. Each was about 45 minutes long.
Phone interview:
First they introduced themselves to me
Q. Tell me about yourself
Q. Why Morgan Stanley/Why this division?
Q. Tell me about something you find interesting in the news - they asked further questions about my topic to test how much I knew
Q. Tell me about a time you've worked in a team
Q. Tell me about a time when you've had to work with someone you don't get on with
Then there were 15 minutes for me to ask them questions.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.

Question 1
They were interested in my specific interest in Morgan Stanley.
