2 phone interviews. First one was motivational mainly and a few questions regarding the market and the 2nd interview was weirdly completely about motivational questions and no technical ones. The following step would have been the AC
It was horrible, the employee interviewing me was so impolite and rude, he told me he had stuff to do before the interview started and I believe I was treated unfairly, maybe he had a project deadline, but that doesn't have anything to do with the candidates, so I believe I was not given a fair chance, also he kept interrupting me when i was speaking like 5 seconds into my answers. So although the standard interview is your average competency and maybe one technical and one commercial awarness question but that's it/

Tell me about what is going on in the markets right now
Phone call for 30 minutes. most of the questions asked during the interview are about behavioural qualities. The interview itself was quite conversational and not too stressful as the interviewer was nice.
