My interview consisted of three one on one interviews and two phone interviews. Except for one interview which appeared to be a stress interview, all of the other interviews were formal interviews without any out of the ordinary questions. All of the folks I interviewed with were very polite (except for the stress interview) and took the time to answer my questions. But even after all my interviews were completed, it still took several weeks before I was given an offer. The whole requisition process to hire a new employee is a long and tedious process for even the hiring manager. So if you feel frustrated that you don't yet have an answer, it may be because the hiring manager also is awaiting final approval from HR. And I have seen many times, where a req is opened and folks are interviewed, and all of a sudden there is a hiring freeze.
