Interview
The interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Although it was an exploratory interview since the position wasn't officially considered open, they thoroughly explained the responsibilities of the position. Many of the questions were situational and behavioral as they wanted to gauge how well I would work under pressure. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and thorough.

Got reached out to on LinkedIn and then scheduled for a in-person interview with a MS associate. Very typical interview questions. I did not want the role and told the recruiter as such because of the work-life balance and the contracting nature of the position.
