Interview with the associate and then the supervisor. The interview with the associate was easy, but the supervisor interview was much harder. They did ask me questions via email before interviewing about a ton of logistics and my interest in the job and salary i think if i can remember correctly (this interview was a year ago).

What kind of investor are you? Asked me what some of the investment books I've read. I told him which ones, and he asked me questions about them (he had read them). Asked me what stocks I liked and why. And then had followup questions. Tried to stump me, really.

3 rounds all very professionally conducted with very amenable people. Do have a stock pitch ready and be prepared to talk about upside potential and downside risks of the stock. Extraneous risks would also be important to summarise
