Initial phone conversation with financial advisor team. Called me out of the blue from a referral. Asked me to come in for an interview the next day. Skipped my classes and made it to the interview and they hit home that you need to be dedicated to calling and believing in the process.
First round phone call then if you pass you get an invite to a final round superday. The first round phone call is just behavioral asking things like why do you want to work in wealth management
