the interview had no behaviorals, technicals only, it was hard to get to know the people and culture through this. they were judging sophomores based solely on bond technical questions
Online test and Hirevue followed by a phone interview with one of the member from the Global Capital Markets division
Questions were standard. you need to get extremely fast and accurate to at least get to the hirevue stage
it starts with resume drop and then moves to a hireview. then if you pass that it moves to recruiter call. then im not sure from there because i didn't make it that far.
HireVue video interview. 3 questions, 2 attempts for each question. I was given 48 hours to complete it from the time it was initially sent. I believe I had 1-1.5 minutes per question. Time moves fast when you're speaking, so beware.
