After meeting with two Section Managers, I was interviewed by a District Manager. Both interviews focused on being able to be in a service roll, dealing with issues and working with people who could be upset. They were also evaluating my ability to communicate well since that was a crucial part of the roll.

Interview
First there was a 20-30 minute phone screen with a hiring associate. Then was referred to a hiring manager where a longer phone call was held. This was the entirety of the interview process.
easy very quick short question from the team and a recruiter. only one video interview and they will hire.
