I was already interning at MS in the summer and had one technical interview before being given a full time offer. The interview touched upon the technical topics of what I worked on over the summer.
Whether or not the company decides to extend a full-time offer depends on the work done over the summer and the performance on this interview.

Super day consists of 2 Technicals and 1 behavioural interview.
Test Data Structure & Algo and CS fundamentals. It is a pretty straightforward process, and the interviewers are nice.

Two back to back interviews 45 mins. Asked technical questions about OOP and software development concepts as well as some behavioral. I heard back a few weeks later. Overall smooth interview process and fair.

Hire view interview where they asked 3 questions about new trends in technology, what experiences have readied you for this position. Received two tries per question and time to think about answer, only gave 1.5 minutes to answer each question.
