1. Applied online 2. Received email to do an online assessment the following day. Consisted of 2 activities, first was a pattern abstract test and the second was a character/personality test. If you didn't pass the abstract test you aren't invited to participate in the second test. 3. A few days later I received an email to complete a digital interview. 4 questions with prep time of 1-2mins and answering time of 1min - 1.5min 4. A week later I received an invitation to the engagement centre. It was a group interview of 7 people (a few did not show up) with a few recruiters and current employers. Introduced the company, what the role was about, potential salary and benefits. Also did a tour of the workplace and was very thorough on the details and any questions we had. Did a group activity where it tested our communication skills with a partner. There was no individual interview, and it lasted about 1.5 hours. The recruiters said that they would be in touch within 5 business days. 5. Received a call about the interview and my outcome. I initially applied for the entry level sales banker role but the recruiter offered me another role with my start date subject to the background check. 6. Received an email to complete my background check (currently at this stage)
