Basic application form, followed by a few aptitude tests. Then had to do an online video, followed by an assessment centre. The interview and assessment centre were pretty straight forward. The whole process took less then one month, and it was really simply, and not very complicated, a really good experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NAB - National Australia Bank (Sydney) in June 2018

The whole process took about three weeks and divided into three stages. Interview
Went straight to face-to-face interview. Interview itself lasted for 20 minutes - speed dating style. Never did the online test or any assessments. The interviewers read off a sheet of paper with around 5 questions on it. They called me 1 business day after the interview. I believe to land a job with the big four bank, you need good previous experiences. As long as you do, they wont drag you through all those typical online test you’ve already done.
