Group interview of about 7 people. We all took turns answering the same questions round-robin style. All questions were related to your passion for sports. Working with a team, what does Nike mean to you, etc. Super easy interview. Kind of annoying because if you go first, inevitably one of the next people is just going to paraphrase what you said and dress it up a little nicer since they have more time to think, but I'd still recommend going first and showing the initiative. Don't cuss. Don't "pass". Yes, people did this in my interview -_- Dress code: For the love of god, please don't show up in a dress shirt and tie. It's Nike. You will get made fun of by people regardless if you get the job or not. Keep it casual. A good rule of thumb is to always wear to the interview what you know the dress code of the job to be. Nike tee, Nike/Converse shoes, joggers/jeans and you're good. Don't wear any competing brands. That should go without being said, but again you'd be surprised.
