What a joke. We were taken to a small room in Niketown, and the whole process was terrible. It's hard to believe this company made it to the top on Fortune 500. The interviewers grilled us from the get go, they tried to lighten the mood by asking us which pokemons we caught over the summer which I thought was so ridiculous but they wouldnt stop talking about it, I pretended to laugh at their jokes. Peoples were coming in and out of the room distracting us. For $9.00 an hour they expect you to be an NBA superstar basically. The whole process was so tense and the interviewers looked so bored after a while.
How are you a team player. That’s a huge statement of the company and what it stands for, but also what they look for in their employees. It’s about going the extra mile for your team for the bigger goal. You take the team aspect from sports and practice it in this company.
applied online on the Nike website and was contacted within a week to sort out an appropriate time for an interview, then had a zoom interview, process was relatively quick and found out within 2 days that I had got the job.

Its done in a group setting. Make sure you take lead on answering the question and have a time where you go last. Listen to the question and if you confused ask them to repeat it or explain it better. relax and crack a joke. its all about who you are and what you can bring to the table.
