      Retail Sales Associate Interview

      15 Dec 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Leesburg, VA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Leesburg, VA) in Aug 2014

      Interview

I had two of the head coaches (managers) interview me for about 10-15 minutes. They were very friendly, nice, and social. It takes about 2 weeks for them to set up the interview once you apply, but they will get back to you one way or another. Once you get the job, you go through training in each section of the store to see what works best with your skill set

The interview was different from many I have experienced before. Definitely use the online aspect to your advantage and prepare before you submit your responses. The questions were moderately difficult to answer.
