I received an e-mail, asking my resume telling they were interested in my profile. After this, we set an interview in their office with the HR manager. We talked for 1 hour, about my professional and personal background, some behavior questions, and my future plans. She explained the company structure, and told me that was for future positions, and she was doing this talent prospection.
