I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE in June 2012
Interview
I applied about 3-4 times. First I received an email to set up a group in-store interview for seasonal employment. I choose from 3 dates for the interview and management requested interviewees to be in business casual attire. A week later i went to Niketown New York, I waited in the lobby where we were met by a manager and brought up to the offices for the interview process. They asked 3-4 questions typical of a retail store however a few were sports related. Those who actively paricipated were most likely chosen. About a week later i received a call from Nike with a job offer.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in June 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
