There was just one interview after I applied. I received a call from an Ohio number, they told me the date and times available, and that was it. I sat at a table with 2 other candidates, and the 3 of us were interviewed by 3 people.

Online quiz then interview via zoom with two team members. Went through a bunch of hypothetical customer interactions, teamwork and availability. Wanted to know how many hours I wanted and retail and athletic knowledge

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
