Interview
First they do a telephone interview, then if they select you for a face to face which I got chosen for based on your responses from your 5 minute telephone interview. I was chosen to have a interview at the Marriott in BROOKLYN, when we got there one of the managers made a introduction and split us into 2 groups, then we sat down,and introduced ourselves why we chose nike , Amy retail experience, and our favorite Nike shoe, every one took turns answering, them they asked us about a time when we had to deal with a person with intergity every one answered then after that we got a chance to ask them questions them the tthanked us for coming and let us know that in a couple of weeks we will get one of two emails one sayimg that they,would like to move forward and a background check, or one saying that they didn't chose you, please continue to apply. My first two interviews with Nike I got the ..sorry we chosen someone else but this last interview I was selected for the background check, great interview very different
This company has a foundation with storytelling so all the questions has to start with “name a time when…”Overall, it’s an easy process you just have to be prepared with stories from experiences at your previous jobs.

For retail, the process can take about a month or so. Interviews are based around customer service. Try to tell a story or give an example in every answer. Theres a really big push to connect consumers to Nike's digital platforms right now.

Dress either in Nike apparel or semi formal.
quick interview. depending on the position, it will be individual or group. just be confident. it is really laid back.
