The process was well organized but the communication in between and afterward was disappointing. I was strung along while they waited for another candidate to accept an offer, and then after initiating an inquiry into my status, learned I was not accepted. For a senior management role, I was surprised at how poorly they communicated and leveled with me. it's unfortunate and unprofessional, and I really do hope they reconsider treating candidates like that in the future.
