Very east and simple and to the point. Read up on the company and you will breeze through it. Nike does have some great benefits but just know that when it comes to hours definitely part time is there.
Online quiz then interview via zoom with two team members. Went through a bunch of hypothetical customer interactions, teamwork and availability. Wanted to know how many hours I wanted and retail and athletic knowledge

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.

The interview began with a mini quiz where you were provided multiple phrases and you needed to rate how much those phrases described you. Then the next step was a hirevue video
