I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE in Oct 2015
Interview
I handed my cv and cover letter in to the store and I was called for a group interview of about 20 people. We did numerous group tasks which included selling a prouduct, a game of clap and catch and telling them about ourselves. It was a very fun interview! I was unsuccessful for the position because I was told I should've had more knowledge about Nike due to my friend already working for the company. Which I believed to be a unfair reason because I gave them all the knowledge my friend knows and they said before the interview that they wasn't bothered about knowledge, but people that were passionate about Nike because they have training to give people product knowledge . So I thought it was pretty unprofessional of them to base me being unsuccessful on that reason and they pretty much contradicted them self.
Interview questions [1]

I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in June 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
