Interview
Received video overview of facility and campus. Asked about experience in project management, process engineering, independent contributions, ability to manage a team, floor experience, etc. Spent a lot of time discussing expectations of role and explaining relationship to the industrial engineering team that sits at Headquarters.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE in Jan 2013
Interview
I applied the job via a job website. Then get contacted by company's recruiter 2 days later, having about 30 minutes for phone screening interview with him. Second round was schedule as 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager.
Last round was a board/panel face to face interview.
Total I went through 3 interviews before getting the official offer.
