First I had an informational phone interview, then was called in for a panel interview that asks situational questions and looks for strong example. There were 4 people in the interview.

What inspires you and where do you gain your inspiration?
I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.

Average and good to learn questions. Questions was answerable and easy to answer. No. Need much preparation to attend and answer. Good for those who like to learn for of a working life adult
