I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NIKE in Oct 2015
Interview
The Nike "Athletes" were selected through a temp agency. The process was a big cattle call. The interview was through Manpower. We tested for basic typing and 10-key skills. Then we were put in a large room with other potential "Athletes". The interviewer asked us random questions. If they liked our response we were sent to another room. From there we were hired. My training class was from 11pm to early morning.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't recall any of the questions. I know that they were typical. The questions were done in a group setting. I interviewer picked people at random and asked questions.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in June 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
