I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in July 2025
Interview
When I applied for a retail sales associate role at Nike, the process was smooth and engaging. It started with an online application, followed by a quick phone screening. Soon after, I was invited to an in-person interview at the store. The questions centered on customer service, teamwork, and how I’d handle different sales scenarios. They also asked about my passion for sports and the Nike brand. The environment felt professional yet relaxed, and I felt they really wanted to see if I’d fit the culture and elevate the customer experience.

Interview
The interview was different from many I have experienced before. Definitely use the online aspect to your advantage and prepare before you submit your responses. The questions were moderately difficult to answer.
It was a very straight forward process, interviewers were very nice and made me feel super comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Interview was held over zoom online due to Covid at the time. Overall a good experience
