The interview started with the hiring manager followed by a few individuals asking questions about the alliances I had managed, MDF and partnership goals.
The questions were ad hoc and the interviewers seemed to think they could get away with poor interviewing because of the company they work for.
A couple of them did not even bother to turn on their video and were more keen on talking about themselves than asking questions
