Tell me about yourself and describe a fact of yourself
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Depok, West Java) in Sept 2025

It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
