The role was for a food division at the HQ in Vevey, Switzerland. The interview happened with the hiring manager, after taking the Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment (PI and PLI).

After a few questions and a positive discussion, the hiring manager openly asked me: "How come you know so much about Human Resources? I don't even know half the new things you are talking about."
