The hiring and interview process is a behaviorally-based system and it proves to being in the best and brightest talent to organizations like Nestle Purina. My advice is to take a deep breath, answer the question slowly and honestly and make sure your answer thouroughly explains the WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and WHY.

I don't necessarily think any of the questions were difficult or unexpected. I think the most difficult part is articulating those emotional and impactful moments in previous academic or professional experiences that you need to professionally regurgitate to the interviewer(s).
