Typical interview. Was informed I would receive an answer one way or another within a week. Three weeks later, still haven’t heard. Had to reach out to recruiter to ask and then received an email response.

I applied and about a week later I got a phone call for the phone interview and believe it went well. Now I'm trying to get in touch with the hr/recruiter so I can talk more about this job. I believe the one who contacted me is out for the week and can't talk to anyone. What should I do?
