I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé
Interview
Was called to schedule on an interview on campus. Interviewed on Campus with two Director level Nestle employees. The interview was relaxed, typical behavior questions.
Was called the next day and invited to Final rounds in Cleveland. Final Round was paid for in full by Nestle (Air, Food, Hotel).
During the final round, there was an initial meet and greet networking event with Senior Leadership and current/ previous members of the program, Nestle laid out stats of 400 plus applicants overall, 90 selected for the first round, 30 for final rounds, all for 6-8 spots. The next day was campus tours, panels, and 3 interviews each with 2 employees in Senior Leadership. More challenging questions- asked supply chain specific questions.
Everyone was very nice and encouraging, and from the talent pool they brought into final rounds, everyone was extremely qualified and it seemed like the purpose was mainly to find company/culture fit.
