I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nestlé in June 2018
Interview
I was contacted via email by a recruiter who had seen my application the same day that I submitted it. We scheduled a brief phone interview for two days later. During the phone call, he gave me an overview of the role and asked me a couple questions to clarify items on my resume. I was then asked, while on the call, to come on-site and interview in person. That interview was scheduled for the following week. My interview experience on-site was extremely positive - everyone was helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. The interview questions were fairly standard behavioral style questions, and I had two interviews back-to-back, one with one person and the second with two people at the same time. Unfortunately none of the individuals who interviewed me were from the exact department that the role I was interviewing for was in, so they weren’t really able to answer any of my questions about the role itself, but when I asked them about Nestle culture and work environment, they all had nothing but positive things to say. I got the impression that everyone I spoke to was incredibly passionate about working for Nestle.
